Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to attend FinTech Summit 2024. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide clear guidelines regarding refunds. Please review the following refund policy carefully before purchasing your ticket:
Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets purchased for the FinTech Summit 2024 are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in schedule, personal conflicts, or inability to attend the event.
Transfers: Tickets are transferable to another individual at no additional cost. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact our customer support team at least 48 hours before the event with the details of the individual to whom you are transferring the ticket.
Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the unlikely event that the FinTech Summit 2024 is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. In such cases, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date, and no refunds will be issued.
Refunds Due to Organizer’s Fault: In the rare instance where a refund is deemed necessary due to an error on the organizer’s part, such as duplicate charges or technical glitches, refunds will be issued at the discretion of the event management team. Requests for refunds in such cases must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within 30 days of the event date.
Force Majeure: The organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, or governmental restrictions.
